For an artistic project, the song Dreams offers a straightaway hypnotic level of diversion. The more tangled within the story you become, the more the caring and honesty of it connect deeper.

Lashing forward and creating a thrilling new genre, coined ‘Indie EDM’, Chris Watson compromises a unique sound for the 2020s joining indie emotive melodic tones and euphoric ethers over beats ready for clubs and fiestas.

Born and raised in the urban of Chelmsford (just North-East of London), he engaged in his first record contract at fourteen years old. Chris has composed and produced music that has seen great success worldwide and on the road as a DJ, playing numerous clubs and festivals. His head hit was in 2014 with ‘Make The Crowd Go’. The track went viral, achieving over 1.5 million streams online with only 5 pounds (around 7 US Dollars) spent on promotion

Apart from his original tracks, behind the scenes, Chris also produces productive artists and brands.

2021 is an exciting year with a series of coming single releases and remixes and teamwork with artists in London, LA, New York and beyond.

Dreams ventures a slight more into electronic sound-play, a provoked voice meets with various coatings of synth and detail. In the meantime, the writing is just as perceptive, revealing and honest – possibly the most intriguing of all. The effects make the voice straightforward than elsewhere, so the attraction of the lyrics works well to drag you in closer. Chris Watson leads with smart framing of ideas and intensely personal, emotional tales – a balance that connects and amazes all at once.

Dreams bring things to a finish and extend that meeting among organic musicianship and electro or dance-pop production.
