Cymarshall Law delivers a refreshing fusion of lyrical poignancy, vocal calm, and creative production to the contemporary hip-hop scene with this latest single. Driving with a quickly engaging, smooth, and subtle yet recognizable voice, and a compressed, warm beat that feels nostalgic by nature, Electric B-Boy is a deeply human, honest, and endearing piece of writing and performance, with a mellow, mildly humble presentation, which allows the depth of the lyrics to really reach out.

When hip hop was born it was a genre that expressed your true raw feelings. Cymarshall Law’s new album “I Still Love H.E.R.” is a dedication to staying true to what we love. But now hip hop music is commercialized and doesn’t feel authentic. But  Cymarshall Law wants to be different. He makes music that his heart and soul desires.

It’s not targeted to get many streams and make money. He was born in the UK and raised in New Jersey. Combined with his Jamaican background the music he makes gives the listeners a refreshing vibe which they love. He also trades bars with some of the most skilled emcees to date in emcee Grafh and U.G. of the famed underground group the Cella Dwellas. Law’s verses further this inspiring, motivational core with more detail about the artist’s own journey in life and music. The whole thing moves along and resolves in a satisfying, addictive fashion – circling around and embracing listeners like a classic hip-hop anthem for deep thinkers.

This calm and collected approach is like a breath of fresh air right about now. Cymarshall Law makes himself known in a smart way, and this track proves a worthy listen. Looking forward to hearing more authentic masterpieces from him soon.
